11 Months

11 Months I don't love the sound of that, it means that in a matter of short weeks that I am very sure will fly by you will be one!  I am getting all emotional just typing it,  I just want to keep you cute and little forever.  You are the best little guy and mom just wants to keep you right where we are.  I know it's not possible and every time you do something monumental I am so proud.  You are growing and developing just as you should.  You have the sweetest little temperament right now and love to snuggle up in your moms shoulder.  You love your family, and are not to keen on strangers.  You are a crawling fool and pulling yourself up to everything.  You can clap, wave and give kisses that involve a whole lot of slobber.  You make monster growling noises and a lot of babble.  You finally started saying MaMaMa, I think your Dad and I were trying to influence you on Mom and Dad, and which you would say first.  I WON!!!  You love food if anyone is eating or drinking you are their best friend.  You've given up on baby food and push it away, you want the real stuff.  Who can blame you it tastes much better.  I Love you Ridgey with all my heart, you have truly stolen it!

Birthday Weekend and Pumpkins

For the last couple of years we have traveled to Gunnison for Roudy, Jace, and Charlie's Birthdays which are all with a two week period.  The boys headed up the mountian to have a wheeler ride while the girls and Ridge headed to the pupkin patch.  Beck Family Farms is a fun little place to pick your pumpkins and gourds.  They had a cute little maze for the kids and the neatest tunnel you go through at the end that has gourds growing all over it, and they hang down on the inside.  I thought it was AWESOME!  I think I'm easy to please, but such a neat idea.  We picked some yummy apples and the biggest pumpkins we could find.
We went back to Grandmas and she had BOO letters for us to paint and some bats for Presley.  I didn't get pictures and Krystal's and mine but they turned out really cute.  After we finished up our craft we headed up to have dinner with the guys.  We had a delicious dinner and ended the night roasting smores.

The next day we helped grandma pick her pumpkins and gourds she grows so many different kinds.  We went home with the truck filled with pumpkins, gourds, and Indian corn.  It was a very fun weekend, hope the boys enjoyed their weekend and banana cream pies, nobody can make them quite like there Mom.

Back to School

Presley started Preschool again the first week in September, she is going back to the same teacher and couldn't be more excited.  This girl is so hard to wake up in the morning, and when she finally does wake up she is grumpy.  Well not this morning she was up 20 minutes before I was even going to try and wake her up, and excited to get ready.  She is doing really good in school and loves going.  Hopefully that attitude will stick with her for a while.
